This uptempo diabolo act is the result of years of dedicated training. It has evolved into a performance where diabolos and sticks seem to constantly fly around each other or 2 or more diabolos spin so closely together that you’d think they should be hopelessly tangled by now.
Whether it’s 1, 2 or 3 diabolos, it doesn’t matter: Roel always manages to maintain playful control and to return the diabolo neatly to the string, ready for the next trick.
All of this is set to the energetic musical backdrop of “The Apples”. Once you’ve witnessed it, you’ll understand why Roel has become the Dutch champion for three times!
